Introduction
Workflows chain Arcads models, tools and your own assets into one pipeline on a canvas. You build it once, then run it on new inputs. One run can turn a single script and product image into 20 UGC videos: 10 AI actors, in 2 languages.
Insight: You don't have to start from a blank canvas. Describe the goal and Arcads drafts the workflow, or open a template from the workflow library.
What can a workflow do?
Turn one script and one product image into 20 UGC videos across 10 actors and 2 languages
Remake one existing video with different actors using Replace Actor, keeping the script and timing
Build a multi-scene brand film from storyboard images, with a start and end frame on each video step
Add captions, translations and resized versions to every output
Send the results to Google Drive or Dropbox
How to build a workflow
Step 1: Open Workflows
Click New workflow in the left sidebar, or go to app.arcads.ai/flow.
Step 2: Choose a starting point
Describe what you need and let Arcads draft the workflow, open a template from the library at app.arcads.ai/flow/library, or add nodes by hand.
Step 3: Connect the nodes
Add your inputs (such as a script and a product image), then the models, then tools such as captions or translation. Connect them in the order they should run. Start and end frames are inputs on each video model node.
Step 4: Run it
Click Run. The launch panel shows the total credits before you start. You can also run a workflow from your own tools through the Arcads public API.
FAQs & Common Issues
What does a workflow cost?
Each node uses the same credits as the model or tool it runs on its own, and the launch panel shows the total before you run.
Which plans can run workflows?
Creator and above. The free trial also includes Workflows.
Can a workflow add captions?
Yes. Add Captions works as a workflow step, as well as in Studio, Mark and the MCP.
Can I reuse a workflow for another product or client?
Yes. Keep the structure and swap the inputs. You can also share a workflow through a public link.
