Why a credit card is required
A card is required at sign-up so the platform can run without interruption if you decide to stay. No payment is taken during the trial — your card is saved securely using a card hold, not a charge. If you cancel before the 72 hours are up, nothing is billed.

Your trial lasts exactly 72 hours from the moment you complete sign-up — not calendar days.
How to cancel before you're charged
You can cancel at any time during the trial:
Go to app.arcads.ai/dashboard/settings/billing (or tap your workspace name in the top-left corner → Subscription & Billing)
Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel subscription
Confirm the cancellation
Cancelling during the trial cuts your access immediately. You won't be charged as long as you cancel before the 72 hours are up.
What happens if you don't cancel
If the 72 hours pass without you cancelling, your saved card is charged automatically for the Starter plan.
What if my trial credits run out before the 72 hours are up?
If you use all 1,000 credits before the trial ends, a plan selection screen appears. You can choose Starter, Creator, or Pro — your saved card is charged at the plan you select.
