Introduction
Arcads plans give you a monthly pool of credits. Every model and tool uses credits from the same balance, so you pay for what you generate.
Insight: Pro, Scale and Business roll unused credits over in full, with no cap and no expiry.

Failed generations are refunded automatically. The Generate button shows the cost before you start, and "Confirm before generating" in Settings, General asks before each generation.
How the free trial works
Step 1: Sign up
A card is required at sign-up but isn't charged during the trial.
Step 2: Use your 1,000 credits
Every feature is unlocked for 72 hours, including Workflows and Mark. Free daily images aren't included during the trial.
Step 3: Stay or cancel
You get a reminder email 24 hours before the trial ends. After 72 hours, the Starter monthly plan starts automatically. To stop, use Cancel free trial. Cancelling during the trial ends access right away.
FAQs & Common Issues
I can't generate anything mid-month.
Starter and Creator stop at the monthly credit limit. Upgrade, or wait for your plan to renew. An upgrade applies right away: the new plan is charged today, its credits are added to your balance and your billing date resets.
Do I pay per video?
You pay for credits. Each generation uses credits based on the model, length and resolution.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings, Billing, Manage subscription, Cancel subscription. It takes effect at the end of the billing cycle, and unused credits are lost. On a custom plan, contact support.
Can I set a spending limit?
Yes. Optional daily, weekly or monthly limits stop generation once reached.
Credit costs in this article are the standard rates. Arcads tests new pricing from time to time, so your account may use different rates or plan sizes. The Generate button in the app shows what each generation costs on your account.
