What is Arcads?
Arcads is an AI ad platform. It generates video ads, talking actor videos, product images and B-roll from a script, a product image or a prompt, with no studio or crew.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The trial lasts 72 hours and includes 1,000 credits with all features unlocked, including Studio, Workflows and the Agent. A card is required, but nothing is charged if you cancel within the 72 hours. If you do not cancel, the Starter plan starts.
What plans are there?
Starter, Creator and Pro. Starter includes 8,000 credits a month, and Starter credits reset each cycle. Pro adds features such as cloning yourself and custom voices.
How are credits used?
Talking actor videos use 800 credits per minute per actor. Video model clips are priced per generation. Nano Banana Pro images are free up to 100 a day. See How are credits counted.
Which languages does Arcads support?
Talking actor voices cover 35 languages and accents. Translate Video supports more than 130 languages and accents.
Are the actors real people?
They are AI actors based on real actors, who gave consent and are paid for the use of their likeness.
Are my custom actors private?
Yes. Custom actors are private to your workspace.
Can my team use the same account?
Yes. Invite teammates from Settings, Members.
Can I use Arcads from Claude or through an API?
Yes. Connect the Arcads MCP at mcp.arcads.ai, or use the public API from Settings, Public API.
Can I get a refund?
If you were charged for a billing period and used no credits in it, you can get a full refund within 30 days of the charge. See the Arcads refund policy.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings, Subscription and Billing, scroll down and click Cancel subscription.
