Mark can find real UGC creators and micro-influencers to work with on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or X. It searches by keyword or finds lookalikes of a creator you like. It checks each profile for fit with your brand and tells you why, shows recent stats, and can look up a creator's public business email and draft your outreach.
Who can use it
Anyone who can use Mark. The same search is also available in the Arcads MCP and the Arcads API.
Where to find it
Open Mark, pick your brand and ask in the chat, for example "Find TikTok creators for our protein bar". What Mark learns about your taste is in the sidebar under Brain > Creator preferences.
How to use it
Ask Mark to find creators. Name a platform if you have one in mind.
Mark suggests 2 to 4 keywords, meaning what the creators post about. Keep, edit or remove them, then confirm. If you give your own keywords, or paste a creator to find lookalikes of, Mark skips this step.
Mark searches and shows a shortlist as cards. Each card has the handle, followers, bio, last post date, median views and engagement, plus a short note on why the creator fits. Mark also says how many accounts it filtered out and why, such as bots, repost pages, brand or agency pages and off-topic accounts.
Pick a next step: Find more like these, Others like @handle, another keyword or another platform, a creator's stats, their email, or an outreach draft.
To get emails, choose the creators in the picker (Select all works too). Each email found shows with a copy button.
Ask Mark to draft outreach messages. It writes a short, personal message for each creator using your brand memory.
React in the chat, for example "too big for us" or "more like her". Mark saves this under Creator preferences and uses it in later searches.
Options
Keyword search on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or X.
Lookalikes: paste a creator's profile link or point at one from your shortlist.
Market: ask for a country. Creators from other countries are ranked lower, not removed. On X, the market sets the language instead.
Creator preferences (Brain): Min. median views, Min. followers, Max. followers, Languages, Countries, Niches to avoid, Tone. Click Set my bar to fill them in yourself.
Find more returns new names. Creators already shown for this brand are not shown again.
Credits
Searches, the fit check and creator stats use credits based on the data used, so the amount varies from search to search. If you hit the search limit, nothing is charged.
Email lookups cost up to 1 credit per creator, charged even when no public email is found. Looking up several creators at once often costs less in total.
Showing the shortlist, saving preferences and drafting outreach use only Mark's normal chat usage.
Costs are the same on every credit pricing.
Where it works
Mark in the Arcads web app.
Arcads MCP (for example in Claude): search creators, show creators, get creator stats, find creator emails. Email lookup is not available in the ChatGPT app.

Limitations
Results come from public profiles only. Mark never guesses an email: it shows only addresses the creator publishes.
Emails can only be looked up for creators a search returned for your workspace. Search for a creator first.
Up to 20 creators per search (10 by default) and up to 20 creators per email lookup.
In Mark, up to 20 searches per hour per workspace. In the API, up to 10 searches per minute and 100 per hour, and 30 stats or email calls per minute.
Instagram and X profiles have no country, so a market only filters TikTok and YouTube by country.
Arcads does not contact creators for you. You send the outreach yourself.
